Nueces County Beaches Taken less than 30 feet from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico on South Padre Island. Over the hill is the water.
South Padre Island Beach This portion, and most parts of South Padre Island can be driven on. This is close to Gulf Access Road 5, some 10 minutes from Corpus Christi.	South Padre Island Beach Same beach as on the picture to the left, taken one day after a storm blew through south Texas. Beautiful, beautiful beaches.
Padre Bali Park It's an unassuming sign posted along the roadside, but this sign that points to the glorious beaches south Texas lays home to. It's a beautiful attraction all times of the year.	Padre Bali Park It's the official name to the beaches on South Padre. I was introduced to the splendor and beauty of Corpus Christi on this exact beach back in August 2003.
